Because of its audio tech roots, TECHNICA HOUSE naturally caters to audiophiles and those in the AV industry. The podcasting studio includes state-of-the-art equipment, and can also be used for recording music. The space also broadcasts its own in-house radio show called “At One” which features interviews with New York City’s top artists and innovators. Design-wise, the interior is reminiscent of a vintage radio recording studio with its leather seats and analog microphones.

Beyond the recording studio, the listening lounge is a space for both creators and appreciators of analog sound systems. The retro-modern interior blends the gap between cozy and industrial. With a handpicked collection of over 2,000 vinyl records, guests are encouraged to sit back and absorb the rich acoustics and immersive atmosphere.

On top of the creative spaces, TECHNICA HOUSE is a pioneer in one-of-a-kind dining. Their in-house sushi restaurant is called SUSHIDELIC, taking direct inspiration from Japanese robot sushi bars. The sushi counter features professional chef demos and a fusion of sound and flavor. The interior was thoughtfully designed by Sebastian Masuda, also dubbed the “Godfather of Kawaii” by Time Magazine. The interior is slated to be a vibrant, colorful interpretation of Japanese Kawaii culture.
